Hi, I’m Nicole

I believe therapy should be warm, welcoming, and creative to be bold, connect to your body’s wisdom, and live authentically.

My story

My life experiences have been valuable lessons in adapting and rebounding from challenges with the help of support. I learned to embrace my inner wisdom and allow it to guide me. This led me on the path of becoming a therapist. In addition to my passion for therapy, I've long felt a magnetic pull toward creative expression. Art has served as a medium to express myself, discover meaning, forge connections, and facilitate healing. It has also enriched my ability to listen attentively and shift perspectives. The desire to utilize creativity and help others motivated me to specialize in counseling and art therapy.

My approach

You'll discover that I am authentic, friendly, and compassionate. I strive to make therapy feel casual and approachable to foster a sense of connection and inclusion. I'll support you in diving deep and offer gentle encouragement when necessary. My practice merges my personal and professional experiences to help you uncover purpose and meaning. I specialize in going beyond traditional talk therapy to help people struggling with anxiety and life transitions to feel empowered to live as their true, authentic selves.
